Call to Schedule Your Appointment
Contact our office at (910) 642-3214 to schedule your initial consultation. Our friendly staff will ask about your condition, verify your insurance, and find a convenient appointment time. If you have a referral from your primary care physician, please have that information ready.
Complete New Patient Paperwork
We'll provide you with new patient forms to complete before your visit. You can fill these out at home and bring them to your appointment, or arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in our office. Forms include medical history, current medications, insurance information, and consent forms.
Gather Your Medical Records
If you have recent imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI), lab results, or medical records related to your condition, please bring copies to your appointment. This helps our surgeons understand your full medical picture and make the best treatment recommendations.
Arrive for Your Consultation
Come to your appointment with questions prepared. Our surgeons will perform a thorough evaluation, review your medical history, discuss treatment options, and create a personalized care plan. Plan for your appointment to last 45-60 minutes.

Diagnosis & Treatment Discussion — Your surgeon will explain your diagnosis, discuss treatment options (surgical and non-surgical), and answer all your questions
Next Steps — If surgery is recommended, we'll discuss the procedure, risks, benefits, and recovery. If additional testing is needed, we'll schedule that before proceeding
